you can order both of those things as well as internal parts into canada from outside of canada.
I have never seen RIS kits for that cheap. so you should keep that in mind. you might have fitting issues just because of the quality. but again, i dont have experience with those, so they might be good quality. however, with metal slides, you have the same issue. cheap metal slides have fitting issues.

worst comes to worse, get the G&P one. you can go wrong. if you really want to go all out, get the G&P sniper kit. comes with the RIS, rail covers (i think), Nice scope and a rail cover for the scope. Check out WGC shop for that.

Ya i recently got the G&P RIS and mags for my m14 from WGC shop with no worries at the border... Infact my internals order was held up there and opened for a month at the border where as the rail got to me in about a weekish time.

sorry im kinda confused about your question. what pouches are you looking for? 5.56, or M14? There are pouches for both of those that will fit on a MOLLE vest.

You might be able to get 2 mags in there but it will be a tight fit. My rig is either 3 or 4 armalite mags per pouch (been a long time since I put armalite mags in that rig) however it holds 2 m14 mags with magpulls quite comfortably. I can fit 3 mags with no magpulls.
