ASTM F803 Eye Protection Rating

I couldn't find anything on the site about it, but is anyone aware of whether or not ASTM F803 rating for eye protection is adequate for airsoft use?

Thanks!

ASTM F803
This specification covers eye protectors, designed for use by players of racket sports, women's lacrosse, field hockey, basketball, baseball, and soccer that minimize or significantly reduce injury to the eye and adnexa due to impact and penetration by racket-sport rackets and balls, women's lacrosse and field hockey sticks and balls, baseballs, soccer balls, hands, elbows, and fingers. Protective eyewear offers protection only to the eyes and does not protect other parts of the head.

ummm no, ballistic rated or paintball goggles and dont gp prdering some china made knockoffs they say they are rated but are not
youll want ANSI Z87 like ess goggles or any reputable paintball company like JT

three things to never cheap out on, Boots, Eye Pro and Asswipe
id suggest findin your local surplus store and grabbin some ess goggles on the cheap or just buy a new pair they round 100 bucks and come with clear and tinted lense

I actually currently use a pair of ESS', I just happened to spot a different pair of glasses, rather than goggles that I liked tonight.
Thanks for the info!

Not wanting to make a new thread for an eye gear question. Recently found some ESS surplus goggles. Are these the standard? Their pretty cheap and fit nicely and are combat grade.

willing to perform services in a dark alley that may or may not leave you satisfied for a title. GFE = 1, looks = 2, BBFS for an extra $50.

Yeah that was prety funny tho id be carefull When buyin ebay ess's. People will clone anything and lotta stuff will be properly packaged and labled with proper ratings but will have never been tested as such.
Here is a perfect example of that
http://airsoftcanada.com/showthread....highlight=fake
So just be sure when buyin online its from a reputable source.
Army issue surplus has a bunch of used ess for 30 or 40 bucks new ones are 109.99 from most dealers like r nickols and are listed at 100 even on the ess website. Well worth every penny for what you get as they come with both lenses a pouch a protector for the extra lense and for the goggles them self.

I've been talking to him about the PANTS! But no no pants. He's been helpful on where I can find pants that would fit me 38-40. But no pants yet. Have everything priced out on what to buy and when but no outfit yet because I can't find any one that sells my sizes (38-40 pants, 3xl shirts/jackets).
