I have a pair of Habervision Barrow dual-pane thermal goggles with Eliminator fan.

They are compact and automatic, and if other fan solutions work for you then the Habervision should too.

But like all other goggles, fan or no, I can fog them up.

I picked up two pairs of Smith Optics Boogie Regulators (dark and clear). They're ultra low-profile. Now as far as fogging goes, they are slim and don't allow for a great deal of airflow, but unlike similar products, such as the Revision Exo-Shields, they have holes right through the front of the lense. As well you can pop a few holes through the foam if needs be. They come with an anti-fog coating which I've tested out in warm moist conditions (about 27• C) and there was no fogging. Beads of moisture, but there's no avoiding that. Overall visibility was good. I'm going to try and run them for an all day airsoft game and see how they do. If they start fogging up I'm going to treat the inside and outside with Rain-X and then another layer inside with Catcrap. The other alternative is full-sized goggles with a fan setup. I do not at all enjoy wearing goggles whatsoever, and no low-profile ones have a fan kit.

Keep me posted, wouldn't mind a low pro as an extra pair.

I have a set of Boogie regulators. They're awesome and I had high hopes for them.

The fogged like crazy. They were back in the bag after 30 minutes. And yes they were treated Fogtech before the game.

At least they're not expensive.

If you were in a game without a lot of running and good fresh air with a breeze the might cut it.

Yeah, no doubt. I'll be buffing it in really well.

In regards to your Boogie's fogging, my full sized brands I have tried did the same. I've even fogged ballistic glasses in drier environments. I'll just keep trying things. Out here the air is quite wet and it's still nearly 30• out every day.

If it's not wet it's on fire.

so i got some revisions with the fans and added a thermal lense, removed the foam, treated with fog tech. Wore em all day saturday, in a ghillie in 25-30 degree weather, prety high humidity. They did fog up before ibremoved the foam, after it was little to no fog, depending on if i was in the uswamp, moving, prone in tall grass, had my veil down ect. Overall tho they worked quite well, and the fan, even on high was whisper quiet.

Regular ess profiles with thermal lens, foam removed and ez creation dual fan kit well stay clear on even the nastiest west coast day. I can fog damn near anything too.
Work much better than the turbofan profiles.

Smith Optics OTW fan - BEWARE!

I have them, its great, battery enough for a 10 hours, noiseless.
Problem: side is not protected vs BBs well. Mesh holes are too big for BBs, I am living with risk, but it is possible to be hit into open hole on the side.

Has anyone tried the Wiley X XL-1 or SG-1. I got a pair for $25 and I shot the lens with only the tiniest scuff. Has anyone had any fogging issues with the Wiley Xs?
