How much sand CAN you fit in your vagina!?

So, I cleaned out my MK23, same I do as any of my TM pistols and now it works worse. So basically I haven't had it long and decided to clean it out/up before fielding it. Lots of dirt and crap came out, then I gently cleaned all the parts in a silicone fluid with q-tips. I re-lubed the moving parts, put it all together and it actions like it's full of sand. When I rack the slide it doesn't want to return to full battery and when I release the mag I have to now pull them out, as they stick. Weird right? It functions, but it's a bit alarming. Anyone have any ideas or experience something similar?
