You should try this.

WARNING: Be sure that your hopup AND innerbarrel are empty.

when the gun is assembled, put your finger into the magwell on the hopup to block the air from this way. Now check if your gun is pushing enough air by placing your hand or a sheet of paper.

If you can feel a bit of air, there's an airleak somewhere. If you can feel a strong push by the air everything is ok (by strong I mean if it can pushes a little bit your skin).

I one saw a gun with hopup problem like this. It wasn't firing, but there was no airleak. I replaced the hopup bucking and rubber, and everything went back ok. With normal bucking, you should be able to put a bb on the hopup, and shoot it with your mouth (with your finger blocking the other part of the hopup).

Maybe it could help, if it doesn't, you should take your gun to a gun doc !

I think next time I'm gonna spring for a brand name gun and skip this clone bullshit...
a 3 week old gun shouldn't do this...should it??

Yes it can.

My advice.

If you feel comfortable enought, disassemble EVERYTHING, and put back together.

Or take it to a gun doc.

50% is just a bad assembly, or some part moved in the process.

I you where closer, I would say send it to me...

I have disassembled everything but the hop up/inner barrel, it all looks fine to me, but I'm still an airsoft noob. If anyone can explain how to disassemble a hop up, I would probably try it...

and what does it mean if my fuse blew?

Yes you can easily burn a fuse when your gearbox is seized (you said it was 2posts ago). When you're trying to pull the trigger when the gearbox is seized and the motor can't handle all this stress it will blow your fuse (that's a security, instead of blowing the motor, you blow the 0.10$ fuse).

Having a strong battery with a good number of mah will maybe unjam your gearbox (~3000-4000). If it doesn't or you don't have another battery you'll have to open the gearbox.

again... WARNING: opening the gearbox with a compressed spring is dangerous, the spring can jump out of the gearbox and end is "crash course" everywhere.

If you let your spring compressed for a good moment, it can damage your piston/gears/spring. Well I know it's a lot of stuff, but playing with internals aren't always safe.

And for chinese clone, sometimes you're having some good guns and other times you're not. It's like gambling with your guns. Personally I never had any problems with chinese guns, but maybe you had a lemon.

Like I previously said, you should bring your gun do a gun doc. Chinese clones are cheaper than higher brand, but they still are a good platform to work on for upgrades (yeah, you'll have to put a little bit more money into to obtain the same quality as a TM, but on the moment it's less expensive lol).

yeah sometimes everything seems to be ok, but maybe a little piece is reverted, or misplaced.

You have to look carefully at each parts of the gearbox (take a look at mechbox.com). Maybe you'll find the solution, maybe not.

Also, if everything seems to be correct for you, you can still send your gun to a gun doc (I know i've said it very often, but it will save you some time and frustration lol).

I know there's some good gun doc in ontario, and if you're willing to ship it a bit farther you can still send it to kos-mos or me.
