Elite Force 1911 TAC Magazine
Hello All who read this..
I unfortunately broke the feed lip on my 1911 TAC Magazine. I have found American retailers that have the replacement kit for the magazine which includes the lip. However the shipping cost on the small kit is atrocious. Cheapest I've seen is approx. $20. $15.95 USD plus $20 shipping = just buying a new magazine here in Canada. What I'm wondering is if anyone knows where I can get this kit in Canada (since I can't find it), or if you think this: http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/upgrade-p...l#.ViRvg2sucrk may work for the replacement. They look to be the same shape, but it's designed for Marui Hi-Capa. Any help is much appreciated. |

Yeah I know that KWC is the original manufacturer. I've tried looking under their name too. It just seems a waste to have this useless hunk of metal lying around if it's at all possible to replace the one piece.

No, a different feed lip will not work. I think you now see the disadvantages of buying a cheap/offbrand pistol. Not so cheap if you have to fix/replace anything.
