Marushin M2 Carbine
It looks like UNCompany has the new Marushin M2 Carbine in stock.
http://www.uncompany.com/pageproduct...sp?prodid=9252 From the pictures, it looks like the gas is loaded directly into the magazine just like a regular GBB. Magazine capacity of 17 rounds isn't anything to brag about, but then again, it is 8mm. Very nice looking piece, and should be fun to shoot as well. At least you don't have to pick up the ejected clips like in the Garand. |

It's out at WGC, Airsoft Global and a few other sites.
Now if only we could fine a source of the M1 Carbine Magazines we'd be set.

It's kinda weird the mag only holds 17round while in fact those "banana" clip hold 30rnd.
Anyway that would be perfect for an early Vietnam loadout!

Here's a detailed review I found from another WW2 airsoft forum:
http://ww2aa.proboards45.com/index.c...ead=1168045348 One of the more important points from the review is that M1 magazines DO NOT work in the M2. |

Great find... Too bad about the M1 Mags but still a great piece.

the carbine is nbb while the m2 is gbb so there is likely a good reason they don't work. Also the m2 has two fill nozzles on the bottom of the mag.
