not a fan of painted guns personally, but when it's that well done, it's amazing.

Nice job. (I'd maybe change the colour of the strap though)

The paint job is really well done, but for me, just doesn't belong on that gun. Looks more like a camo job you see on a hunter's jacket or quad rather than something made for combat. I like painted furniture, but not the whole gun painted camo.

Now, that being said, this is a totally awesome paint job. It looks like it's really well done. And I bet that camo works great. It looks very natural ad organic. The dude knows how to paint, that's for sure.

I second ColtFarmer, some paint jobs don't end up as well as someone would hope for, but your's looks fantastic. You might get more kills just because people will stare and admire your rifle. :P

thanks guys, and yes, some Olive drab is going to be painted over that strap. Its just a shame the 5.11 does not make OD slings.

I was worried about the paintjob, but its a good excuse to get another gun for when im not in the mood for paint.

Indeed!

I have the padded version of that 5.11 sling for my work rifle (C7A2) and it rocks.

Very nice job on the paint but WHY? (Painted guns are not my thing) but if they were that would be top notch.

let's face it, a gun is a tool in warfare. We're not all trying to keep our guns in wall hanger/ chairsofting mode. With some wear, that gun will look even more used, only adding to it's "fresh outta the sandbox" look.
Kudos to you for painting your Systema, it takes balls, but I know I will be when I get mine.
