Custom Camo's Scar-L, SR-25 and M4

Here the camo i made this year.

The paint i used is Krylon camo and a bunch of Tamiya acrilycs.

Classic Army Scar-L

Classic Army SR-25

Custom M4 (In progress)

For the m4 i'm trying to replicate the methods used by armor modelists; Using basecoat then use filter and wash techniques (artist oil heavily diluted) then adding a clear coat.

WW2 german King Tiger i'm making

The quality of the picture is not great as i'm trying to understant a new camera. The aeg are not as shinny as in the pictures and the washes less obvious. I will try to get better photos without using the flash.

Indeed, although they all look great, the Scar-L caught my eye the most, for both gun, and paintjob.

Personaly I hate seeing guns being painted original camo, multicam or any other kind of camo but desert for some reason. Camo rail covers, vertical grip, stock , sights etc look cool in desert camo for some reason to me. Anyways I think the SCAR is the best looking, the M4 is okay, I wouldn't want mine like that but it's nice but I hate the SR-25 ( That's what it is? ).

I'd never paint the body of my gun just the removal parts. Vertical grip, Optical sight possibly, iron sights, silencer, rail guards etc.

I see you repainted your SR-25
I would never have the balls to paint mine... but i'm going to make a multicam gun ghillie for it, since black stands out wayyyy to much.

Keep up the great work m8! Hope to play again with you soon
