How to mount flashlight to non-ris foregrip?

Hey guys, how would you mount a flashlight to an M4 without a RIS on the foregrip? Specifically, the CA M15A4 Carbine. I know you can purchase an upgrade for the RIS but its really expensive. If that is the only option the only thing I can think of is taping it with electrical tape to the foregrip. I don't have any experience with accessories and if you could point me in the right direction it would be great.

Black zip ties like many soldiers use as a 'field expedient modifiation'. Zip ties, any form of tape, etc.

You can buy a forearm rail for standard handguards on ebay. Get an angle mount + your flashlight ring. Total cost about $50 plus shipping I guess.

Oh yeah, the angle mount is to allow you to push the tail cap buttonwith your thumb in conjunction with your vertical grip. Works great and it doesn't matter if you are right or left handed.

How'd you get that from "dual hole barrel mount"? lol

I think he means a barrel mounted, tac-light unit.

EDIT: I find gun-tape works alright. Cant use it for TOO long though. Personally, I'd either grab a barrel mounted unit, or get a 1913 pic-strip, and a G2 mount + a G2 light (60ish lumens... MSRP : $60ish) ... looks good functions well for most urban settings.
