Yeah, should be a drop in fit for an IK fixed barrel.

Question:
Im looking to buy a TM m1911 MEU. How does this gun stand up to propane, and how reliable is it compared to other TM GBB pistols? My key interests are accuracy and reliability on propane. |

Aside from the stock nozzle, TM 1911/Hi-Capa are good with propane. Changing the stock one to something like the SD POM version will solve the problem.

I haven't seen any problems with bone stock MEU/1911 in regards to the nozzle. It's usually when you start upgrading to stronger recoil springs or metal slides, that's when you run the risk of cracking the nozzle.
In any case, if you're on a budget and don't mind the plastic, the stock MEU is perfect to run till things break. |

My 1911 when it was plastic and stock from 3 years ago cracked the nozzle...granted that was 3 years ago...

Hmm... good to know. I've always stated that some people will have their nozzle crack within 5 shots, whereas others have been able to go through thousands of rounds without it cracking. YMMV.

Hey i was wondering, i just got an Infinity slide from Prog4 that i wanted to fit onto my 1911. Problem is, there is no barrel bushing notch on it. Are there any slides from prog4/airsoftsurgeon that have the barrel bushing notch? AS claims his are meant to be used for both 1911 and HiCapa.

You are supposed to use the bull barrel with the Infinity slide...otherwise you'll have to somehow machine the bushing groove in.

Some does some don't. I think it might be best if you ask Capt KK in advance...

It's never failed me yet. Although I've had two of them now, and I have to say that the safety on the right side is the weakest part of the gun. It becomes wobbly after just a little bit of normal use. The left side remains sturdy, however. If you're right handed, it won't really bother you. I still haven't gotten around to replacing it, since it's not really a big deal.

By default all of the current run slides do not have the bushing notch. |
