i havn't heard from dimond_sea in a while now, last i saw him was at a scrim jsut after green heat 3, he said he had submitted the vid to Al for final approval.

last i heard, the video was in Al's hands and he has to give Andrew the OK to distribute the footage to the public

Al wanted some changes made from the version I gave him. I still need that list in order to get it out there. Just some general stuff I can say, its about 40 min long edited, cut from 540 min of raw footage. Montage opening and ending done to music, but not typical airsoft songs.... noone wants to see another airsoft video done to "let the bodies hit the floor".. no, good stuff. First game takes up the majority of the video. Interviews with players and admins between each game. Pacing was a major thing for me while editing and those interviews went a long way in bringing down the energy while still being interesting (videos should be a rollercoaster, with ups and downs, not constant ups).
And ThunderCactus still managed to sneak into the video a couple times. |

it wouldnt take more than a week to get it up once I get that list of changes. Ill be contacting Al this week. I dont want to put a date on it, but i would definetly think some time in 2009.

Hey guys, I just happened to catch this thread come to life again.
I will be giving Diamond the changes soon, so hopefully not to long from now the film will be available. I have already started working on Claybank 2010...it *is* happening again...bigger and better then this year was.
