A-derp. Got a stock on it, finally. But it'll be temp unless I can fix up some 'mistakes' i've made whilst dremeling and sanding, lol. Aaanyway, the whole cycling thing seems to be an on/off occurance. Just started firing it with this stock fitted and it seems to be fine... Hm, I'm curious, would overtightening the screws have anything to do with it possibly? I still have that damn bolt-lock problem and the mag is seated properly. |

Thanks for the help with how to fix the mags, they are all working now. Has anybody had problems with the hop up not working? Every few games I have to take apart my gun and put the hop up back together.

I usually run .25 or .28 in it. I find that sometimes the hop up does not work at all.
I just took the gun apart and back together to set the hop up and gamed it today. The hop up did not work at all again. Does anybody know what else I can do to make the hop up work? Last edited by Rob121; August 21st, 2011 at 20:07.. Reason: Update to problem |

Go with the RA Tech hopup rubber, its alot harder and has a toothed bucking. also insure there is no oil on your hopup.

Yes, wash the hopup rubber in soapy water.

Anyone else have trouble with a sticky trigger?
I have to flick the trigger to shoot in rapid succession. If I pull it normally, it won't reset. Oh well. |

I have washed it out and it still seems to be doing the same thing, even with the screw down fully the hop up does not seem to work.

Alright... Turns out my KJ is missing a screw. I was just firing it, heard a click and a spring rolled out and then got lost... I found out its that little pin inside the triggerguard behind the trigger.
Now thats all gone... Joy. Anyone know if getting replacement KJ parts is easy at all? Goddamnit I hope I can get this fixed before sept 11. |

Alright so here is an updated pic of my .22 as she sits now.
Got afew good games out of her now, the new RAtech hopup is now nicely worn in and working wonders. With propane she shoots 350 with .28s at about 1.2 Joules. on duster she is around 420 on duster with .2s. I will be switching over to the long mags shortly at which point i will consider her a 9mm take-down rifle. The silencer does reduce the muzzle report however as most of the noise does come out of the ejection port it really only helps with the longer distance outdoor shooting. I made the silencer out of a broken Big Dragon tracer unit. I will start fiddling with the bolt components next. |

Has anyone been having any issues with their bolt locking back every odd few shots? Yet another problem i've been ahving with mine

it happens every so often with propane. duster rarely gives this issue. Its just bounceback from the blowback. Think of it as a stoppage. A real 10/22 will have lots of them it you use the shitty 500round saver boxes.

That's 1.6 joules, not 1.2!
