Hah, ya it looks stange on there, but it's very comfy, so I'm conflicted. It's a FAB defence AG44s. It will likely go to something else. Had it on the 249, same thing, comfy but ugly lol

Unique for sure! We do this post-apocalyptic themed game every year where you have to scrounge for items and trade them in at the store to "buy" your guns (specifically your own guns which you turned in at the beginning for the day. Obviously you don't have to worry about others upgrading to a gun that isn't their's)

Anyway, that looks like it would fit right in! A lot of people go all out to ghetto up there guns for the wasteland.

Question - how do y'all like the DYTAC rails? I read a lot of complaints that the aluminum is really soft. Also, anyone here have the Noveske NSR?

I certainly love my Mk4 and mk5. Haven't noticed any weekness in the materials

I can conclusively tell you that it's not 7075 as they advertise. I'm also not entirely sure if it's even 6061...

They do the job fine for airsoft. If you're excessively abusive to your gear then maybe go for a higher quality rail, but I haven't had any issues with mine.

DYTAC claims theyre aluminum(not sure if 7075/6061), but if not what material are they made from??

I had a Madbull NSR on my WE M4. Very sturdy, though the finish wasn't the best. Very light, but felt a bit weak in the hand. Held up fine though and other than some scratches had no unwanted wear, and I kinda beat the shit out of my guns.

I did prefer the DYTAC URX4 over the Madbull NSR though. Better finish and felt more sturdy in the grip. More mounting options as well.
