My buddy and I ended up doing an order of two ballistic style ones, DE for me and FG for him.

Does anyone happen to know of a Canadian retailer that sells the mesh covers for them?

My two helmets. Just got the opscore. It's going to stay pretty plan for a while other than a IR maple leaf, but it'll eventually get a new NOD mount, mesh, and the standard doo dads

- Dragonred Premium OD Ballistic Fast Helmet
- Real Ops Core VAS Shroud
- Real Princeton Light
- Real Wilcox Dovetail Arm
- FMA Wilcox L4 G24 Mount (Real Wilcox L4 G24 is currently in the mail)
- Real USGI Rhino Mount (Will probably be my backup now, or for my other 2 older helmets)
- Real J-Arm
- Heroshark Mesh Mask
- ESS NVG Profiles
- Real Ops Core Swivels
- Night Optics D300 Mil-Spec
- Custom made helmet cover/counterweight pouch

Very puurdy. Never heard of the Dragonred repros. The camo cover is very slick though. Unique pattern with regards to other covers.

The manikin head - lulz. I should grab one for mine. Why the big "Dead Space"-esque light on the back?

That's not a real FAST Ballistic, is it?

Nothing wrong with them except the padding. I recommend getting an OpsCore pad set or you'll get a head ache from long events. Got myself a real OpsCore last week simply for the padding and cuz I gripped a NOD setup. Past two years have all been with an Emerson Ballistic though.

Ditched the Gen1 and replica shit (for the most part). BaBOOM.

Ops-Core FAST Base Jump - Foliage Green
Ops-Core Counter-Weight Kit
Emerson MANTA Strobe (Red and "IR")
Smith Optics OTW w/ helmet bungees
TMC lower mesh attached with Emerson goggle clips and bungees
Norotos Rhino Arm
FMA Wilcox VAS Retention Lanyard
PBS-14 Night Vision Monocular

Most things are Krylon coated, naturally.

Couple questions:

How do people stick their attachments on their helmets? Do strobes, counter weights and things generally come with a hook and loop side? I have a spead loader that looks like one of the box like emergency strobes, which I would like to stick on there. I'm wondering if there's some specific Velcro I should be hunting down.

Also, Zack, what did you use for a netting to make that pattern. I'm experimenting with different netting but I don't something big enough to stretch around the whole helmet

I think most of the helmet attachments have velcro on the back. I know the strobes I bought came with velcro backing.
