Tried out a RAV vs. a plate carrier, pretty nice.

& the season opener. Someone in ACU would have been in hog heaven.

I dunno why they put me on the Iraqi team... Mainly cuz it wasnt US woodland that the whole other side was using i think.

retro, you really should readjust your carrier, it looks a bit goofy, the plats should be protecting your vitals not your love handles., but aside from that nice load out, i spy som hsgi mag pouches!

Top of the plate still covers heart lung, I've tried running it higher on my body and it feels awkward and uncomfortable for sustained use. It probably looks goofy cuz i"m 6' 4" so it has to go somewhere lol. The bottom of the rig is just above my belly button.

Right now on the rig i have

4 HSGI universal mag pouches (3 m16/m4 or 2 7.62 mags nato or AK)
2 HSGI double pistol mag pouches.
Camelback 3L.
TT radio pouch small.
Admin pannel
M9 serpa on S.T.R.I.K.E clip
small medic pouch
TT large lobster trap dump pouch

oh ya for sure retro, whatever is most comfortable is the best to go with, it is after all, only airsoft. your height would make fitment a little more tricky. i prefer the armour up hight rahter than low myself. but many of my team mates are like you and like to to sit low kinda on their waist. your front looks like its sitting fine from what i can tell, just your back seems low. your second pic makes me nervous tho, i couldnt imagin getting a hit right in the center of my back, esspecially where you cant reach it lol.

here are some good ones finally. no greenery yet but in a month or so ill post more.

eagle pc w/ cb. ciras up armour (collar, neck, shoulder/ deltoids)
front;

huang serpa
hsgi triple pistol pouch
cleric shingles
seals frag (for radio)

rear;
eagle map

huang blast belt (real cp run);
maxpedition rolly (left and right)
seals medic (rear)

bdu;
crye gen 1 combats (pants and cbl)
lone star sling
bates m9 desert boots
hatch gloves
ice glasses
