strictly speaking, this guy is not from PLA, he's from the CPAP.
 Not sure where was this photo taken from, but definetly not in China, the letters on the license plate are not chinese, could be in the mid east.  here is another one.  The interesting thing is, this is the same guy, the photo was taken in the SPC( special police college) the 2 guys on each side were from snow leopard, 1st time to see a Special force operator from the CPAP using a G36, I wonder why, but this could be a good inspiration for you CPAP fans.  also find this guy used to serve in Iraq.

The top rail is taken/borrowed/shopped from a SCAR. The side and bottom rails is from the same SCAR. lol
