I am waiting for my M249 RAS to come in from WGC - then I will paint the entire gun.
I don't know what pattern to paint it though. Should I paint it the snake-skin pattern of the box mag I posted (same as my WE M4) or should I paint it the leaf pattern I did my Protec helmet in? What do you guys think? (click the links to check them out).

I personally prefer the snake-skin pattern... Leafs look too much deer hunter for my taste

snake-skin pattern would match my WE M4
I am also leaning towards that pattern right now as well... Any other thoughts guys? I appreciate feedback.

Sounds like snake-skin is what its going to be
I also painted a hockey water bottle I have with a combo of green, tan and dark brown Krylon Camo spray paints where I used some natural veg and it turned out really well... I can post some pics of that project if anyone is interested.
