Hello, my name is Alex, I'm almost 19, I knew about the site from before and I finally decided to join. I'm new to the whole airsoft scene and hopefully I'll get a chance of watching a game soon to get a better feeling of what is going on.

My name is James and I'm from Pickering Ontario.
I have been considering taking up airsoft as a hobby for for a while now. I was getting ready to jump right in last summer when the combination of some increased responsibilities at work as well as some personal issues stole pretty much all of my free time. I was lucky enough to meet a local retailer through the Army Reserves and he has been instrumental in helping me pick up the necessary pieces that I didn't already own. I look forward to finally giving airsoft a fair shot. Cheers, |

New Dealer for Canadian Airgun Supply in the GTA
Hi my name is David and I want to introduce myself. I am 49 and found out about airsoft through my son Brandon who is 20. He convinced me to become a dealer for Canadian Airgun Supply so I bought a case of Lucid L47 AK47 Metal Electric Assault rifles! These are sweet!
Any way if anyone is looking for a quality airsoft rifle in the GTA I can help you out! Thanks David |

Just joined, never tried airsoft
Hello,
My name is Nuno, I've been reading about airsoft all over the internet for quite some time. I gathered a lot of information about the gear the guns the laws in Canada and rules on the field so if I want to learn more I am at the point of actually trying it out. Since I am a real noob, I don't have any gear or guns and it's not clear if I can rent those things at the games. So if anyone can give me some advice on what would be the best thing to do in my situation it would be appreciated. Thank you all and I look forward to meet you on the battlefield cheers |

Introducing meself
Hello everyone, I just joined up last week, and with free time thought I would begin using the forums here :P
I am new to air-soft, though always found it fascinating and better than paint ball, friend of mine showed me this site and invited me to go to the Remagen battle on May 5th, i'm excited to do this, hes lending me gear to use, I want to eventually (perhaps over the summer begin collecting) As far as experience goes, I am a noob, but under the belt I got some real exp in the army cadets here in Quebec, so im anxious to put em together :P I'm a computer nut, PC and Linux are my forte, MACs can burn lol I'm studying Computer Science at Bishop's University in Lennoxville, Quebec. I hope to meet and play with you all Happy Hunting |

Bienvenu-Welcome.
Unfortunatly, you should have posted this in the Introduction thread. That being said, if you loved spending days in shit in the cadets, you will love spending days sweating or freezing under plastic fire.

I 'd love to own a Mac Pro, but could never afford one ($2600 for a quad core Mac Pro?).... Hackintosh all the way for me :P (before you label me as a fanboy, keep in mind that I'm also a CS student and run Slackware too (and CentOS)). The only way you can redeem yourself in my eyes is if you answer the following question right; which is better, Emacs or Vim?
