Nice build!! IMO the stock would look nicer with a Magpul PTS PRS stock as it's a DMR style M4 !!

Thanks Audi. I am swapping between two uppers. One SPR in that picture and another MK18 for CQB. So I decided to stick with the ACS stock. I has a nice cheek weld and the compartments are really useful =)

That looks awesome CJ, I've been wanting to do the same for a while. I think you've just inspired me to actually follow through with the plans.

hi,
anyone know why i crank the charging handle, my v2 bolt doesnt return all the way in?
he is jamming half way. First, i thought it was the hop up wheel for adjustment, but no.
And when i insert a new mag, sometimes it doesnt stay in. and when i finally able to put in a mag, the bolt doesnt go back when firing or cranking the charging handle.

I had both of the problems you described when I first got my V2 bolt. The mags not inserting fully seemed to work itself out, for now just pull the bolt back before you put the magazine in and it will work fine. As for the nozzle getting stuck halfways, mine would do this every magazine when I first got it. Now it only rarely does it and it doesn't affect performance, other than 'locking' your bolt catch which makes you pull the charging handle to release the bolt. Just keep the nozzle well lubed. I have yet to find a cause for these problems.

I remember that I noticed the little nub pushing the BB from the magazine into the hop-up chamber was slightly longer on my V2 bolt when I first had it. Now that the season is almost over, I'm gonna do some more testing to know why my V2 bolt had been such a pain, I ran my V1 all summer instead.

EDIT: Had some spare time, and a Madbull 6.01mm x 509mm laying around since 6 months, decided I could mod it to fit into the KJW hop-up system Now I just gotta find myself a 150mm silencer to hide this hehe !!

It could be that your BB follower that runs between the feed lips of your magazine is a touch larger then your V1. I had a similar problem when I got new magazines.

Hi.
The follower is the same size as my v1 bolt. I replaced the v2 by my v1 and it shoot great. I got a ra-tech blue bucking and when I turn on my hop up unit slightly, the Bbs are jamming. So I must turn completely off my hop up. But now, at least , my bolt is working and I can shoot straight BBS instead of seeing seeing them go down.

Nice build Audi. How far does that shoot with accuracy?

For the people buying new uppers from kjw, how much did it come out to/was there any discount? My upper is broken where the front pin goes through it, most likely from holding the grip when tightening the delta ring. I will be holding the upper receiver instead from now on.

Haven't been able to fully adjust and test the hop up, V2 bolt giving me headaches again... Waiting on Cradle to reply me on their version of the BC, seems it will be V1 based...

Yeah, for my part I will be going with a new V2 instead, and will run the V1 in the meantime.
