i have read a thread in this forum where someone have put a real steel upper recever (with all gbbr part in) on a we lower recever
that make me think...
if i can get a real steel body can i put the g&p woc internal in it
cause i want to build a gbbr from scratch and i didn't find any metal body (except for the AABB one ,buts look cheap) and i know that importing metal lower are restricted (if i have a restrited fire arm license can i ?)

if someone have another choice for me?

Real steel upper needs to be modified to fit in a WA system ( inokatsu / prime metal body only, not working with G&P/JG/CA/KA etc) Real steel lower reciever will not work for WA system or any other GBBR system, the GBBR bolt stop block is complete different from Real steel's.

AABB body are ok, from the info I 've got, its a prime spec, not G&P spec.

Was it my thread on the WE PDW build?

I've done a WA build before I even started touching WE, the dimensions of the WA spec body are completely dissimilar, Ino spec is closer but still needed a lot of grinding and machining to fit. I'm not sure how close the physical measurements of the Prime spec is, I'm sure Kullwarrior can elaborate on dimensions further.

I don't see a point with a RS body on the WA other than cosmetics as Prime, IronAirsoft, Inokatsu already have receivers resembling similar mechanical properties to RS. I only used a RS upper as there were no alternative uppers for the WE platform that were tough enough. Most if not all were made from brittle alloys.

I can see you running into legal issues, modifying an already sensitive item such as a restricted firearms to shoot full auto, may carry stiff penalties. You can argue it's just a toy, but all the RCMP may see is a restricted firearm with an automatic trigger mechanism. Also, there's no space for an auto sear, so forget automatic.

In some case I think its just because you can. RS receivers like VLTOR MUR can be had for the same price as Prime MUR upper for WA...

I am on the fence though. Having the Iron airsoft set built it makes me think about rebuilding the G&P uppers into Prime spec....though I am not sure what route I'd go...

Can anyone anyone comment on the King Arms mags? I'm picking up a few because they're cheaper than most mags yet still have metal feed lips.

building a GBBR out of a RS lower is a big no no. the WA trigger group would not function as the pin spacing on a RS lower is different than on the WA platform.
now, taking a 80% lower and finishing it to WA specs is also a bit iffy. you are basically building a replica firearm. though if you build it for your own personal use, you may be fine.

Could anyone tell me if an AGM lower is compatible with G&P WOC parts? I have an agm lower and a WA upper with all G&P internals.

Just found out that KA bolt is not compatable with Prowins, G&P, or WA mags.
KA mags are not compatable with anymags other than KA mags

Has anyone else used huangs L119A1 body for G&P WOC?
I'm having issues with replacing the one I have.

Can anyone offer a suggestion to stop the buffer from sticking? Either the carrier, buffer or spring is getting caught and I blame the buffer. It's the buffer that comes with the reinforced kit huang sells.
