Beautiful...although I do prefer your earlier look as opposed to the race gun. Still...I can appreciate how nice the finnish is.

minus the comp....I just took these for the sake of seeing how it looks...with my grip combo and so on it looks IMO like any other MEU-ish pistol....I still prefer with the comp...

only thing i dont like about the compensator is that the tint of black isnt the same as gun... doesnt make a difference in the field or anything, but annoys me for some reason.. sorry lol.
Still looks good though, with or without

Those one are the best you got. I'm planning to get one... and for sure... the model you built will be something I would like to do with mine.

New Nova MSH w/ Magwell, and Nova Ambi safety....
I think it looks ok, though I wish the color matched better....now just wait for my MEU mag to get here and I think the look is complete.... note the sight have been dotted as well.... Additionally SD nozzle and piston have been installed as well... |

Nice. I prefer it without the compensator though. I think it looks silly with it on.

the comp is here to stay, I kinda had it in mind when I started my 1911 project and seeing not many people use it I think its unique like that. And I can run a longer barrel inside. May try to use this to do airsoft IPSC(if I ever can get in back in country...lol) too, though I don't think I'll ever put a RDS on it...
I am thinking of different grip though. I like the grooved Pachmayr, but with the mag well there is a gap between the grips and the magwell, since Pachmayr are cut with a chamfer along the bottom and not flushed with the bottom of the grip. I may try to track down some red wood grip with straight cut if they exist to see how that works...have to give up the groove though.... |

I really love the look of this gun, I look at this thread everyday! I'd like to build one similar when I have more money. I basically just want the
Nova SFA kit, it looks so nice. is there someone who can get those into Canada? |
