So I am considering an MP5 GBBR. Are there any parts that should be upgraded out of the box, as to ensure performance?

On the other hand, are there any parts that should be avoided?

Anyone know of a disassembly guide for the bolt? I can't seem to seperate the thing to remove the loading nozzle.

I also seem to have fucked up the cylinder. Anyone got a spare?

I'm thinking of picking up a Vfc mp5. Can any owner offer an update on how theirs has been performing so far.

They're great, Just pick up a reinforced nozzle and magazine bolt stop followers and you're pretty much set for the gun.

Speaking of which, does anyone have a spare plastic cylinder for their mp5? I need a new one.

From what I've heard, the nozzle and magazine are the biggest downfall about the gun.

Cool down from my understanding is severe and the nozzle requires to be upgrade to be functional.

anyone got any tips / advice on taking the mag out of its shell? at this rate it looks like i'll destroy the casing around the release valve before it comes out of the shell.

It's pretty tough. I had a hard time getting mine out as well. It seems to be clamped down pretty tight at the bottom, but if you're patient with it, it will eventually come out.

I followed those instructions when I did it, and they were spot-on.
