if its a guarantee on time delivery service (like xpresspost and i tihnk expitited is also included) and they are late, you can get a shipping refund. Thats what i did.

Good to know, wouldn't it be the sender that'd need to make thay request though?

"Who" did you talk to?

Thanks

Yes, the sender has to start the issue/request.

If it was a guaranteed service (Expedited, XpressPost, etc) and it's late, then you could ask NCIX about getting your shipping back (because NCIX can get their shipping back from CP).

Hm how does one deal with a lost package? Apprently, I ordered some parts from HK (airsoftbuddy) but the tracking system says it left HK like a month ago.. and never got updated after that. Would contacting CP about it be any good?

No, they're not the sender. You have to tell airsoftbuddy to contact whoever sent it in HK.

When I received my last package, the flash hider had been sheared off by rough handling. Funny thing... there were "FRAGILE" stickers all over it... I guess the bastards can't read.

It does when your package is labeled as Regular Parcel. I hear you though, just easier to bring it to you as opposed to having it sit there for 3 days.

I've had a package that was shipped 3 days after my first package both from Alberta, get to me 1 week before the second package. I actually received the first package in 3 days when it was labeled as Regular Parcel.

Also, I hate when the package is marked as received at such and such Postal facility, it stays like that for 5 days and than all the sudden it changes to, Item out for Delivery. Never any consistency.

No a huge deal unless it's over $100 or $200.

$100 or less they just write you a cheque no questions asked (this can be good and easy)
$200-$300 you need documentation showing how much the item was worth
$300+ you need to send the item to them to inspect

If it's a guaranteed service and it hasn't arrived by the guaranteed date you can get your shipping back. Of course if it's lost you can get the insurance money.
