Where did you find the Sentinel chassis? I got a set of Auto-gated ANVIS-9s that I would like to get to be a little more durable.

Like most awesome things. they are currently available to the US only. Perhaps down the road a Canadian distributor will become an authorized dealer for Adam industries.

How difficult is it to hunt down a VAS or similar shroud in Canada?

I recently acquired a mich 2000. The previous owner drilled 3 holes for a vas shroud, but at least one hole was drilled somewhat inadequately, so the holes would have to be reinforced down the road to run heavy nods on, or filled in. I now realise the holes are offset slightly so the mock shroud I recieved it with sits a few degrees off to the left. At very least its enough to bug me, but I'm not even sure if I would notice the off set nature of the mount while looking down tubes?
I'm wondering a couple things, but for starters I'll ask: is the vas the recomended option to go with for a Mich? I see a lot of Mich helmets with an older rectangular shroud, among other mounts, but I rarely see the vas on a mich. The helmet came with a single hole at the front of the helmet, which has since been filled in with glue, but could very easily me usable again. With that in mind, would it be worth "downgrading" to something like a single hole mount? Or would anyone recomend something simular? I see a lot of the similar 3 hole shrouds with somewhat of a pancake shape as well. Bare with me here, I'm pretty new to NODs in general |

Thanks for the link, Thunder. That may be what I end up going with, as I fear drilling more holes in this fella is just going to risk the stuctual stability of the helmet, and create more of a headache down the road.
