Talk to the retailers who do import them now, and they'll be able to let you know what the current situation is with them. I suspect that they need to come in under the same license used for airsoft guns like AEGs, and all the same rules and regulations would apply.

You might have luck importing the small Madbull launchers that look nothing like actualy 40mm launchers, but that would be risking it.

thanks, i wasn't planning to import myself though, i just thought that because of the new law even the retailers would be unable to import them. i suppose i misinterpreted it.

ok so i checked it out the store is a canadian retailer the m203 are without redtape i just got off the phone with the store owner the item is not restricted so their ordered with ease, on saturday im placing my order for a short m203 sooo people looking for m203,s go to outbreaksports

What a store says and what is really true is two things completly seperate, however the price for the launchers is fair, albeit the classifieds are a tad better.

not the madbull that pussy phantom i can get that on airsoft parts .ca its the military m203 short im interested in hes say that they usually carry them in stock but their out so i guess ill see saturday when i call in
edit : on the page there isnt a single disclaimer about product seizure and canadian residents so if it got seized wouldnt they have to reimbourse me?

yes of course there based in windsor so if they tell me there able to have them in stock ,there shouldnt be problems should they?

Hard to say, they might have had them in stock before but that doesn't necessarily mean they will be in stock again anytime soon.
