There's a few threads on it over on CGN, and I made one here last year on that issue.

if the replica is a prohibited device does that mean its illegal to own or just buy like most other airsoft guns? thats what's confusing me. back when i read the thread about them being prohibited devices i though it meant that they couldn't even be imported by retailers.

Talk to the retailers who do import them now, and they'll be able to let you know what the current situation is with them. I suspect that they need to come in under the same license used for airsoft guns like AEGs, and all the same rules and regulations would apply.

You might have luck importing the small Madbull launchers that look nothing like actualy 40mm launchers, but that would be risking it.

thanks, i wasn't planning to import myself though, i just thought that because of the new law even the retailers would be unable to import them. i suppose i misinterpreted it.

That's actually a pretty decent price for that revolver launcher, if it is the CAW one.

What a store says and what is really true is two things completly seperate, however the price for the launchers is fair, albeit the classifieds are a tad better.

It's an exact copy of the Madbull, and at the same price.

So what?

Hard to say, they might have had them in stock before but that doesn't necessarily mean they will be in stock again anytime soon.
