My head is Spinning
Hey I have to admit I like Multicam.. it's so retro modern...in an updated classic kind of way.
Although really its so.. last fall ... I think this is a style that has legs.. and will become an enduring staple of the well dressed psudo-operator fantasy soldier..... Certainly not approaching the universality of Olive Drab... or even Tiger Stripe... but yet persistant... I fully expect that even in my dotage.. when I can hold my head up proudly and finally join the ranks of the eccentric.. old man's fraturnity.. I will be wearing my DZ multicam smock (thouroughly lined with tin foil to resist cosmic rays, which are going to be a bugger in the future ) while I hunt for treasures.. in the bottom of dumpsters.

For the two gents that were speaking of how their BDUs were not faded but had fabric fibers making it look like they were.
I was Xmas shopping with the girlfriend and she bought this clothes shaver unit. It shaves off the loose fibers and makes the material look newish again. For those interested: We got it at Linens and things. Might save you a few bucks and also make your BDUs last a lil longer. I havnt tried it out, but it looks like it might help. |

will do once I receive, the combat set...for the PTW I only have one up to now, but I am having multiple upper receiver configuration assemblies being done for my lower M4A1 Max receiver, so I could swap the upper receiver to the one I feel like shooting that day...got most of the part, but still missing the upper receiver, outer/inner barrel and hopup unit, I think that is all, but anyways I already got a few handguards ready to be installed...

Give it a try. But don't be hopeful that it actually works.
