CT has the final word, but KS series games are typically held on the August long weekend to allow people from out of province to travel.

Videos and images from KSI were actually what made me want to get into this sport, and ever since I've been wanting to go to one. As long as everything works out, I'd love to be there.

Rumours abound that it's going to be at JSOC's field this year. That means it will be a 12 hour trip from home instead of 14 hours.

those are sofar just rumors. I havent yet recce'd that field to determine wether I want to run it there. Spring is comin though and I will get out there in the next few weeks forsure! (as well as plan C's field recce )Also more factors like its further for the Heli to fly since they are based east of Wpg. (I pay for 6hrs fly time. that includes his trip there and home so shorter distance for him to fly the more it benefits us)

i was told its being held in nepawa mb, is that correct ct?

That's where the new JSOC field is located, so if CT decides to hold it at their field then Yes, it will be in Neepawa.

Just a observation. Last year I really didn't care that hilo didn't show. I think the game was good with the vehicles alone. Its alot more interesting when you can interact or fight with everything your up against. If the hilo is in the area its not like we can battle away while we try to board. But stealing vehicles and mock destroying them was awsome. A hilo would be OK but if you put more into the props side, such as bases and other vehicles and props that would be every bit as good.
Just a little imput, I'll be definitly going this year again. |
