Well, I wouldn't buy a mesh goggles in the first place. Sometimes it sucks having a normal goggles on and I've seen few people breaking their guns (the better scenario) because they thought it's smart to use mesh protection at night or even in dark rooms or whatever.

I wear mesh on private field unless I am in DMR role (some vision obstuction ) .. but I wear eyeglasses .. .so when I'm out there with a pair of pistols, or a shotgun and running my bag off diving into brush and over logs for my life .. the lack of fogging is great.
for Home field/DMR role games I wear ESS turbo fans, I generally have little fogging issues... actually my goggles have NEVER fogged, my GLASSES fog ...

Anyone playing airsoft with something other than with lenses with the Z87 family of ratings or superior/equivalent is a moron. Full stop.
If you're using mesh because the first pair of goggles you cheaped out on way back when during your first purchases and they sucked, just repeat the age old airsoft mantra as you put your insanely unsafe eyewear in the incinerator and buy something decent. *Buy cheap, buy twice* *buy cheap, buy twice* *buy cheap, buy twice* Oh, and don't think of trying to repair them. That is, unless you are the kind of person who repairs (not replaces) seat belts and the like. Fuck. Even shitty crossman goggles meet Z87.1. |
