Alright. Jeezz, the m140 is an extra 29 bucks. Guess it would be worth it. How about the King Arms High Torque motor?

If a motor has more torque, it doesn't need to slack off in RPM to reach the power output to drive your gun. Whereas an M120 needs to sacrifice RPM for torque.

All 3 magnum motors I've hooked up to triggermasters have all overheated it and caused it to shut down before you can even get through half the mag. Infact you can FEEL the heat of the motor through an MOE grip and a thick nomex blackhawk glove.
The only other motor I've seen do that is my poor old G&P M120 after it did a 2 month tour in the hell that was Steve's SAMR sewing machine. Pretty sure it bent the shaft
Have you ever broken in your motors?? I ran my magnum for 30 mins on a 1 min on, 1 min off cycle to break in my gearset and the motor with a 11.1 lipo 30c sustained (flightpower pack for RC planes, gears not connected to the compression) and it only got to ~60celsius. Yes you can feel the heat through the grip and a glove but the gears are spinning freely. Using that motor with DonP Triggermaster MK4.

Another option is to use lower torque gears instead of the triple use, the double or just torque gears.

Don't buy king arms anything that goes inside the mechanicals of your gun.

seriously, I have no problem with the magnum motor from systema. The stock pinion gear on the motor is really soft metal, and there is a updated replacement for it. about the amp draw from the battery, higher motor torque output will draw more current, isn't it ? I run it on a 1200mah 11.1 15c lipo, it last me around 2000rnd (on M120 stock ratio gear).
