From what Roto? Must of been a year or so back just asking because the new guys didnt go the Texas

Holes in the parachute are used to release trapped air allowing for a smooth controlled decent. Without them, the chute would function very violently, and have far too much drag, likely resulting in a collapse.

those styles of chutes, are way nicer to jump that's for sure.
yeah those sniper pics are of the vandoos snipers.
i recall originally seeing those when they were first realeased.
