Aye, I was even trained in G-coding basics, so that wouldn't be much of a problem. Haven't seen any CNC machines for that kind of money though... A link or something maybe please?

This is the one I am ordering this summer...

It was recommended to me by a friend that owned one.

Nice! I'll look into it, now I got 2 things to spend my money on I'm thinking now how durable and resilient is that PLA plastic used by 3d printers, will it be enough for some minor field use

And on the other hand, will this CNC machine be sufficient for my needs, some of the parts of the stock are a bit bulky and odd in shape

3d printing is barely sturdy enough to make molds for the real part.

Also don't forget that 99% of all products are made with CNC...
And you don't have to do everything in a single pass.

Yea I know... I've weighted all pros and cons of both worlds and I've decided to get a 3d printer as soon as I get the money (probably gonna go for some ~1200$ printer to get a bigger workzone). Until then I'd probably just tweak my model to make it absolutely 100% ready for printing

other scar stock

the only other "official" scar stock is the near-mp7 style one on the Mk16 pdw. Which I would love as a cqb gun.
