Makes it easier to grab. The LPU's naval aviators wear use it as well.

Take it from me, Arabic/Pashto/Dari/Kurd are the last thing on your mind when the poop hits the fan. Just there for reference if needed.

Every Soldier/Saolir/Marine has someting like that on him, Might just not be taped to a VLTOR Stock, I carry mine IN my MWR.

Ive used the same method for taping Ballistic "Dope" Tables to my rifle for easier shot calculations at far ranges.

What's on your left leg? Looks like a HSGI gas mask subload...

Mind taking a better pic of each line of your gear? It will help out those who want to help you out.

But like techobo says, progress is very good. Beard = good... Ginger beard = epic win.
