Random find on youtube......by the look of the unit patch on right arms, looks to be JTF2......not sure if this is the right thread, or if this is a duplicate (I haven't seen it anywhere else on here, and I'm wrong more than I'm right)....you be the judge!

It is JTF2. This is apart of the video Conker was looking for on the other page.

Full video of the report is here: http://www.ctvnews.ca/w5/w5-delivers...isis-1.2959109

What rails does CSOR or JTF2 use? Looking to start a impression loadout. Currently I have a magpul MOE rail, have they ever used it?

I've never seen the MOE rail in any imagery myself but I can't say for sure. The standard drop in rails with triangle sight is common still. One image shows a URX rail but it's the only one I've ever seen.

More and more frequently CSOR has been seen rocking Colt Canada's Integrated Upper Receiver (IUR) which is a octogonal free float rail incrporated right into the upper receiver. There is no close airsoft or repro version of this Upper at this time.

This is one of the best images of the newer CANSOFCOM C8 IUR taken by Larry Vickers on a trip to Ontario a few years back.

PS. You'll notice that I blurred any recognizable faces. I realize these guys have been all over the news now but I still didn't feel comfortable posting still images that could be "studied" for longer periods of time compared to a brief minute or two on a TV screen.

@ShadowTwoSix

yes I saw that rail, I was looking for one of those. Sadly as you say no repo version of it. I actually would love it because I use a c-clamp because thats the most comfortable for me.
