Awesome, now I don't need to hunt for an SPC.

What's with optics/rifle parts? Same as in videos with 1st Recon (ACOG, M203, PEQ-16, Surefire)?

Those look like regular PMAGs anyway.
I don't think regular pmags have those windows. I was asking because theres tons of photos of them using Emags instead of pmags.

@Disco_Dante:

EMAGs fit in pretty much any gun, including "standard" M4/M16.
PMAGs don't as they have that... "border" at the top to align them better to standard-spec magwells.
The reason they now use EMAGs is because desk warriors decided to ban PMAGs as they aren't compatible with the new IAR -basically an HK416 with heavy barrel supposed to be used as a SAW-ish.

BTW yes there are standard PMAGs with the window; they're called PMAGLevel.

@John:

I don't get it... SPC are muuuuch easier to find than MBSS/CIRAS/RRVs!

As for gun parts, yes. Recon batallions get ACOGs issued, I don't know if they get any red dot though... Force Recon get EOTech 553 in black. They don't use M3X or SpecterDR as these are SOCOM issue items only (which gets them for MARSOC) while MFR get supply from the Corps. Many Surefire M910 as taclights, a bunch of M961, though much less than before since the PEQ-16 includes a taclight.

Why are these marines using E-mags? I was under the impression they didn't feed properly in north american STANAG compatible weapons.

I've only seen Brits using EMAGs.

Like was said, they look like PMAGs, don't think much Americans would be using EMAGs as PMAGs are issued in some units and are available in some PXs, etc.

Not sure if it's the whole USMC or just some units but PMAGs have recently been banned, reason being they don't want them being used in the new IARs as they don't work properly in them or something.

Skeletor, see my post above.

Yes, they've been banned in the whole USMC although some say their units tolerate them overseas anyway (tolerate aka still banned, but not everyone cares).

The IAR is basically an HK416, so the angle of the magwell is much smaller, which makes it uncompatible.

I mean in terms of commonplace as a replica or real deal. Thanks for the info on optics though!

That pic was photoshopped.
I wonder what's missing. Look at the cloned tree.

Yeah I sure have to change those but I'd rather get these before:

Surefire M951
Crane stock + battery for my CQBR
Bates combat boots

But at least the drop leg is covered whenever I'll receive my tax return

As for the color, yeah the old color is so much better, the new one is like darker khaki.
