Hahah, Perfect. I do plan on attending so I'll be sure to check it out. Shame they ceased production, I mean no offense here but I'm really tired of the abundance of M4's, so I'd love to get a PTW with a different flavor. and I'm quite fond of mp5's.

Those pics are quite old, probably 5 years or so.
Indeed. He did say it was about that old and both rifles has been long sold.

I have a TW5, and I think quite a few people at the field can vouch that its just as good as any other PTW out there. The only "draw back" if you so choose to call it that is the 40 round mags. Uses same hop, and barrels at M4 PTWs and pretty sure the same motor, haven't found anything saying otherwise but ill take it out and compare it to my PTWs in a while. Super well built, grips are amazing nothing like a AEGs plastic. I'm in the process of putting on a real sliding stock and still up in the air if im going to turn it to a SD or not.

Any other questions feel free to ask. Ill also get photos up in a little while.

[QUOTE=ExtraExtra;1417262]Impressive PTWs in this thread.

I have the latest M4A1 Max on its way and hopefully delivered today.

Here's a couple of PTWs I found that are quite impressive. Pics courtesy of Isaac.

Dont mean to jack the thread but just wondering if anyone knows what kind of vest in the pic.

Looks like a knock off RRV with integrated pouches (non-modular). My .02

It uses a short motor. It is not the same as the AR motor. Cylinders are different as well as the gearbox system entirely.

ill agree the tw5 is just as good a platform as the m4 ptw, very well built and mags are a noteable drawback. aside for that i would definatly look at getting one

OK, I've been busy lately, but I found the time to build this:

I'd tell you about the special features this one has, but then I'd have to kill you.

Thanks Kev.

Let me tell you, it took a little thought, a Dremel and some number crunching to get that UBR on there.
