remove the screw then the two pieces held in by the screw.
Turn the selector switch all the way up until it's facing the top of the slide and push it out gently. *put your hand over top while you're popping out the selector switch, there's a tiny spring and detent pin you don't want to lose. After that the BBU should fall right out. |

This PGC outer barrel is really being a pain in the ass.
The hop up unit wont fit in it so now I have to file all this shit |

You shouldn't have to file a PGC barrel to get a TM hop chamber to fit. You have to kinda massage it in there. Push it to the side and tap it in. Don't file anything you might ruin the way the inner and outer barrels interact.
here's a youtube video of lazouche removing and installing a metal 1911 outer barrel, the barrel assemblies are different but the ideas are the same: LaZouche Custom airsoft how to fit metal outer barrels. - YouTube |

Here's a video of the slide assembly take down on the G17. Fast Forward to the end. You kinda have to force the hop up unit in there but gently. If you just keep banging at it, you'll damage the inner barrel, the bucking and hop up unit itselt. But once it's in, the hop up unit should be able to move about whilst inside the chamber of the outer barrel. Metal Slide and Barrel for Marui Glock 17 - YouTube There is a notch on the hop up unit near the hop up chamber (where the BB enters) that will prevent you from inserting the unit into the outer barrel.. You need to lift that above the edge and then slide the hop up into place.
