Goes under your duty belt. So you can attach anything, both with Molle or Malice clips AND duty type pouches and holdster.
I prefer a rigid duty belt to any padded Molle belt, as it does not deform and sag under the weight.

Your hips will like the added padding.
It's one of my next purchase.

There's a lot of belt configurations going around. I'm in the same situation as you, so I just ordered a duty belt off Ebaybanned and will look around for some padding as Fox said.

I guess it's play with what you like the most, right now I'm playing with a blast belt with suspenders and I don't feel it... it's way to big so I'm going with a smaller configuration.
