well in that case get in touch with the AV rep get that sorted out. right now $400-450 will get you a metal MP5 or stock plastic with mags and batteries. (I just took a quick look there is probably more but you'll see that when you AV status is updated.

Yeah, lots of options for Mp5s in the classifieds at the moment, which are well within your price range. I made the mistake of impulse buying on a few of my guns and regret it. And its a nasty booboo that can really screw you over especially when your budget tends to stay low. Lol.

MP 5 is an excellent CQB weapon, I have an Echo 1 MP 5 with collapseable stalk, nice good for inside battles and manouvering around corners.

I loved my TM Mp5 so much I bought a second one........... cant beat it for CQB use, but even on the field when set up right, using 0.28g BBs, 200ft range was easy if you were used to the way it shot (aka. red dot on target, and shooting 360fps w/0.20g BBs.)

BTW, I've only ever owned two AEGs since I started airsoft in 2003, both are TM MP5s.

I have an aftermath borxa model and it may look like shit but it was yet to fail on me, although I would love a full metal CA mp5 if I could get enough cash for one lol.

ive always wanted a mp5 due to the swat feel. hows the range/grouping like due to its short barrel? i know its no sniper but is it inferior to guns like m4/ak? is it worth the trouble/$ to get extended barrel with silencer?

I have a CA MP5A3 and a TM MP5 w/folding stock. I love them both! Its quite awesome to interchange the parts.

I think as long as you dont get a MP5K, your range should be alright for outdoors.
And no its probably not worth the Money to get a longer Barrel & silencer.

I have exactly that gun, and I think it's pretty good, it shoots at 250 fps with .12's. It uses AA batteries, but I don't think they make the gun worse than any other low end gun. It's a pretty good beginner's gun, I might be getting a sniper rifle to go with it soon.

If you want the MP5 feel with more of an outdoor idea look for a G3. Little tricky to find it seems to me but they are good guns.

Don't give shitty advice, man.

Some may call me a hypocrite but I don't go around telling people to buy AA-powered guns.
