Thanks for all your input regarding the ACOG scope. Im thinking about mounting it directly on the rail to see if the front sight will be blocking my view. If so, Im thinking about purchasing a carrying handle with a rail mount. If I do buy an ACOG, im thinking about the one from G&G. Would this ACOG be good or is it a flimsy piece of plastic? I want one that is sturdy.

One thing to keep in mind about replica ACOG scopes is that most have poor eye relief, meaning your eye has to be really close to the scope to get a clear view out of it. I'm not sure if there are any particular models that don't have this problem. I've seen 4 or 5 of them so far from different dealers (Huang, G&G, no-name eBay, etc) and they've all had this issue.
Otherwise though, they all seemed like fine scopes.

The real Trijicons have extremely short eye relief, too.
