Green Label PMAGs are made of ABS plastic.
Magpul 120rd are the real deal, same material (polymer) used in real steel mags.

Ah ! ok. Thanks. I don't need real steel mag use on airsoft. I just stick with that 75 rounds PMAGS, and just place an order of them as well. Save a lots of buck too. like 110 $ shipped for 10 .

Well the real PMAG 120rd is awesome, you can bash them anywhere and will not break. Those ABS Plastic will probably break.

But in the end, it depends how you use your mags. I got these real Magpul ones so I can do the "chamber check and reload" like Chris Costa without breaking anything. LOL

if you have the PTS mags the bottom comes off and you can install the magpul on it

Yeah ! I knew that they are awesome but the price can't really beat that Green Label, 10 pc for 110 $ Canadian Shipped and plus I don't like 120 rd magazines, I hope they would consider to make 30 rounds or 75 rounds too then I would grab another box for sure, the real one.

yup just did it on mine, the only thing that pisses me off is that the PTS would not fit on my regular King Arms CQB AEG so i have to settle for the green label kind for cqb and yes you need to get the other PMAG magpul

How doesn't it fit in your KA?

The 120rd will fit all guns, that's what I've heard..

When I first got them, I had some issues with magazine drop releasing, but I fixed it. I had a cheap quality metal hop up, and the neck thing that comes into the feed lips were a bit too big or something, so I replaced the hop up with a plastic one, and the mag now drop releases perfect.

on the Hurricane it fits tight but in the KA it wont even go in, Frank and I were having a great laugh at it

How far does the PMAG go into the KA?

There's a small tiny part you have to grind down a bit to make it a bit loose..

Here are some conclusions. Green lines are represented as wear marks that show shine on the polymer.


Sand down this part flat.


And this little rectangle nub.

If it shows too deep, your magwell is too small.
