How loose should the piston head be?

The gearbox came complete, only the gun was built from parts. I'll try drilling some holes but I doubt it will make that much difference since the O-ring doesn't seal properly....

I'm actually suprised they still make non ventilated piston heads. I thought that would be standard feature by now. heck even my JG came with a ventilated piston head.



Also a pic or two of your piston head going into cylinder would help so we can see how big the gap is, or even a name of who makes your piston head.

How do non-ventilated piston heads even work? I understand the physics of a ventilated one, and just can't see how a non-ventilated one work work or make any kind of decent seal?

haha I know. I thought non ventilated piston heads might be used on some kind of specialty gun like a sniper gun or some gun that uses a diffent method of keeping good compression??
