i loved the KSC M11 for the ridiculous ROF, stock power and blowback. it is a very fun gun to mess around with! but i just don't like reloading it and its open bolt design.
as for the TM Mac 10 it should be around the same as a TM MP7. but why would they come with a metal gearbox? |

Because the MP7 has a metal gearbox?

yeah but why? to enchance the weight? or to "reinforce" the gearbox? that pumps out around 250fps stock. metal is not needed to reinforce it.
i guess its just for adding more weight. |

But it sure helps the upgrades. Plus the entire set is much smaller, yet still giving off 250fps. Takes more stress then a full size mechbox at stock 280fps. Why are those metal as well? Lets make everything out of clear plastic :P

Lame....what, like $500 by the time it hits Canada for the smallest hunk of plastic yet from TM that whines like a sewing machine?
This thing gets way too much fanboy attention. Aside from the fact that it can be used in the cold (yet the cheesy thin plastic body with probably freeze and be brittle) the KSC M11 OWNS thing things to no ed. My metal M11 was amazing. It was so loud it did make my ears ring inside a few times and the feel of letting off 55 rounds in 2 seconds was amazing..along with the sound and look. This AEP doesn't provide the fun factor a lot of people look for. And the magazines look fugly. Oh and they even have lame ass hicaps so people can rattle around with this to But wouldn't a 480 round hicaps drain the little battery after 1-2 mags.... |

I dislike MAC-10s but I am VERY interested in seeing their "new magazine follower" that allows all BBs to be fired. I can't wait until all AEGs can eject a mag and not have 3-5 BBs fall out.
KSC managed to do it perfectly on the Mk23 |

Oddly enough, I find my M1A1 Thompson fires all the rounds using my standard mag... it weirded me out mannnnn

Naglfar, my MP7's stock mag has this feature. It's simply a bb shaped plastic end that goes up with the spring so all BB's are fired. Very cool feature and I wish third party magazine makers would do such a thing since my MAG mags don't have that and BBs fall out..

would the mags be compatible with the TM UZI?

As Cassius had stated previously about the magazine feature, it seems Tokyo Marui is starting to use that trend on other magazines as well. I noticed on my Type 89 Fold Stock that the feeding mechanism from the magazine extended about 1-2 cm upward from the top of the magazine to ensure that all bbs were loaded.
And as far as UZI magazines being compatible, I am guessing not because Tokyo Marui has released a magazine labeled specifically for the MAC-10. Last edited by smurata1; December 3rd, 2007 at 21:29.. |

Don't know what you're comparing it to, but all gas pistols fire off all rounds in the magazine. Maybe I'm not getting something here? |
