Thats actually pretty sweet. I might make one to pass the time during my half days worth of spares next semester... Then I will challenge you to an airsoft game with them on =D

it's actually not that hard. You have find A lot of information at this forum.

You need this program. You best bet is to purchase a licence so you can save your work.

You'll need 110lb cardstock, I picked mine up from the stables at king and yonge for about 15 bucks, it was 200 sheets. Which is enough for your whole armour.

(this stage will only cost paper, glue sticks, highlighters (for scoring the lines) and time)

BTW when you finish the remodeling of the helmet, i'll buy one painted like the real one
A replica cost $1500 which is to much imo :P
