Most people should know by now that TM guns aren't made out of metal ie (upper & lower recievers) AFAIK Japanese Law.

From the seventh picture from the web you can clearly see that the lower is indeed in some kind of metal and the upper is definetely in ABS. But has Eddie said maybe it's just a prototype because of the law down there.

In Japanese laws, to my understanding, you can have an all-metal AEG
its just GBB pistols that need to be 49% or less metal content

well if any one read my post before the pic with the quote it seems that companies that make FMU guns are going to me able to start selling there guns in japen now so CA,G&G and G&G are now going to be selling guns in japen they are no longer government sanction so we may start seeing more metal on these guns the others from TM.

take a read from this site and yeah http://www.airsoftforum.com/board/in...howtopic=38392

But TM guns are insanely cheap in Japan ($150CDN for a MP5A4, $200CDN for a M4A1 and $251CDN for a M14), doubt CA and other companies will drop their price that low to enter the market, not to mention export cost as well as marketing cost.

Not true. If that were the case, explain the Systema PTW and TM M14.

that guy's in airsoftforums says that TM "does not care about the american market"

well...the TM sig 552 manual is COMPLETELY translated into English; NOT EngRish, but gramatically correct English

Its pretty safe to assume the translations are not meant for the Japanese market...

Well, they might have tried once, and since then have baffled us with funny looking pictures of babies crawling on MP5's shooting people in the face...

Lol tenneal.

The 89 looks way better than I had anticipated it to be, I thought it would look like some haggard armalite mixed with an FAL frankengun. But its refreshing to look at.
