and i was being polite when i first entered this thread. i said "sorry to hop into ur thread". did you not see me apologize in advance?! or is your 'ego' blinding you? plus, you didnt even start this thread! if nechcs said something, then fine, cause nechcs started this thread. and atleast i used a ongoing thread and didn't start a new one just about a fps reading.

now the most importart thing, i've been on this forum for a few months and i have DONE MY RESEARCH (and i see you in almost every thread, trashing someone)! i've been lookin at all types of companies and how their guns perform. i've looked at canadian sites and american sites; just to compare the performance on guns. i even emailed some retailers and read gun reviews. i cant even remember how many i read. therefore, from these people i received many different fps readings.
the only time i post, is after i HAVE DONE my research and i was not able to come up with a conclusion!!

so don't tell me that i dont know how a gun works!! don't judge me about not reading!! and fucking stop judging other people about not reading!! UNDERSTAND?!

you don't know everything! so if you don't know the answer, SHUT UP!! i can take contructive critizism but you just critizice about 'not reading or being a noob'! i understand some noobs are just retarded and you can see that they haven't read anything on this forum but not eveyrone is like that. so make sure what the person has done before YOU react. honestly, i again, i can't stress it enough;shut up if you have nothing important to say!

oh, and did you answer my last question? oh wait, no you didn't (again). so SHUT UP

jeanius

ps: sorry nechcs for putting this into your thread* <--- GREYLOCKS, DID YOU READ THAT?!

Suggestion: wanna figure out the fps?? add all the ones uve heard, divide by how many u heard and voila! it may not be perfect, but its an average. better then nothing. if you have been here for months, you should know not to yell (caps lock) and not to tell people to "SHUT UP!"

Also, next time, if you have a question do it in your own thread. someone else started this so he could get info, not so you could distract people from the main idea by adding another question.

see i dont udnerstand it. other people say to not start a new thread if it is related to the topic so that it wont get crowded but now you're telling me to start a new thread.

and i'm not yelling, i just wrote it in caps lock so greylocks can see it.

also, i have read some high numbers and low numbers. the average would be quite off from the ranges i was given. do you really think that, that is a great average to work with if i'm gonna spend $500+ on a gun? not really. i'd rather have a more exact reading. where the range from one fps reading to another is much smaller.

The original poster did not ask your question. FPS was not mentioned. You jacked his thread.

Want to know the speed of a gun? All you have to do is click on the Retailers websites and check the reviews/specs of each gun.

A tiny bit of math will give you an average FPS (basic education required). Extra research will also tell you that FPS varies by the weight of the BB, the weather, and the barrel lenght so an official number is really impossible to get (basic physics, high school subject).

But, since you did your RESEARCH for months, you already know that, right?

Now that was a flame.

Make sure you get the FPS ratings from Canadian airsoft sites. Most U.S. ones tend to BS a lot.

j3anius, greylocks is a bit of a terd, but i've found you can't do much about it . Plus 90% of the posters here seem to admire his constant judging. If you want to ask questions and get a nice answer, check out other airsoft fourms. This fourm is mostly for elite air soft players who bash n00bs.

you wouldnt get flamed and judged if you didnt ask such stupid questions! I am also new to airsoft, hell I havent even played a game yet, but I researched all my questions by myself instead of flooding the forum with dumb questions that have already been answered. Think before you type for once and maybe everyone wont flame you.

aww cmon amgoosen. you'll find stuff where you're not gonna be 100% sure. then you will resort to posting aswell. retailers don't always state everything about their gun

For j3anius: I am proud to have never posted a stupid question, as for FPS listings, go to www.redwolfairsoft.com, it lists stock FPS of everything they sell. As for bb weight affecting FPS, that can be found on ASC if you do a search.

For Dagjoe: You sir are a moron, go away.
