The MAR-PAT the I have has pockets coming out my butt, there is even extra Mag holders the run along the calf of the pants, just above where the boot is. It will hold a standard 30 round 5.56mm mag, and probably a few smaller 9mm mags for the MP5's

hmm... i don't like put my mags and stuff into jacket or trouserpockets... i prefer a vest... it's better and easier... the uncool thing is, you sweat very much under it... when i play sniper, i onli carry my gun and 2 extramags in ms upperarmpocket... and my GBB... so...
what ever, hope for more interesting infos ;-) i go to bed now... greez |

I was on CEL Today and I couldn't find the BDU's, I found some Tactical Vests but not the one with the neck rest. My guess is they got cut off? :S If anyone can confirm this or anything for me, I would greatly appreciate.

You could also try wheeler, they sell cadpat stuff online as well. They are also an east coast company. I know they are pretty fast on getting orders out. I'm not sure on the quality of cadpat though. I'm a sucker too, and am in the reserves (full timer :P), I took some getting used to going from the O.D to the cadpat, but it's a change for the better, and if you can manage it, get the air force pocket style, because with the army style cadpat, your pockets hook onto every piece of kit you'll own. I've broken buttons on every set of cbt pants I own, damned LSVW's. The air force style has covered buttons so they don't hook as easily.

Highlander, chances are you won't be able to wear it. Stick with the issue uniform, since its the only thing you will be allowed to wear. Plus, if you destory it you can exchange it for free at your unit or local ASU.

...depends on how you wash it...vinegar will help the colors last, and there's oodles of other techniques that'll help.
Like leaving them in your barrack box
