Yes staples I've found them in Excel .25s. Its odd how staples end up inside the bag.

This pill-shaped bb made its way up a hi-cap and wedged itself vertically in the chamber. The brand was bb bastard, I usually get those because they seem to be the most readily available... but there's often some dogshit bb's every couple of bags. This is the first time I didn't notice it and put one in a mag.

in fact it must be some kind of molding reject part that should have been recycled in new bbs....

the mold like 2-3 hundred bbs at the time and then remove the molding lines (just like model cars) these are made my machines at a very high rate, so mistakes can happen....

still, they should check that a bit more at QC before packing or shipping...

Was using the "other" brand tonite...had an unusual jamming issue.
Throughout the night found two BB's that looked like they were yawning. :-D

Thats crazy we sell KSC and KWA BB's never had a problem with him. that thing looks like a tick tack. I know i always remove the staple from the bag before usage, because some why or a another it always ends up inside. Or i scrap my hand on it.

I had a tub of 10,000 crappy Crosman BBs, but absolutly no forgien objects surprisingly. Plus, if my understanding of good vs. bad BBs is correct, the only thing wrong with them is their light weight.

I tried crossmans .2s and the cluster was terrible at medium range. Embarrasing because I was trying to show off how accurate airsoft was to a friend.

Had a staple jam a low cap from a KSC bag once. When you guys are talking about staples I am assuming that you mean closed (used) one.

It's not just the weight. Bad BBs are less round and this inconsistency in shape can lead to jams and bad groupings. They are also made from lower quality plastic through poorer methods, which IIRC can lead to them shattering inside the gun.

I'm up to my 10th bottle of 2500ct Guardier Beebs, never a jam thus far, and no forgien objects.

I tryed BB Bastard beebs and had a jam from a misshapen somewhat square bb - went back to the oversized guardiers and never looked back.

I was thinking finding a funnel just big enough, and running beebs from one bag to another, would get rid of really bad beebs.

The only problem i've ever had with the KSC and AE BB's that i use is that the sides of the bags where the seam is keeps splitting on me.

Or Sometimes I'm just to stupid to do up the ziploc top all the way.
