From my experience: being a sniper is not as glorious as the movies make it out to be: a good portion of recon is to relay information to your teammates, but when you feel you've got the upper hand on someone, go ahead and take the shot. It's better to be covered and hidden than to be eating more than you can put out. If you feel like you're more comfortable in the middle of the fight than up in the clouds silent and sneaky like, might want to bring something else with you as well.

So I've taken the time I look into ghillie ponchos. Now most people would say to make one but the time that had to be out into making a satisfying suit is not expandable which is why I was looking around the web for high quality looking ponchos, however I have since been unsuccessful in finding a site/retailer that has these ponchos. Perhaps anyone that has used or bought one or even saw or heard anything about the ghillie ponchos can lend a hand.

I am primarily looking for a woodland type poncho, can't be bright lush green, more of the darker green brown, the usual. If anyone knows of such thing in canada please feel free to link it, thank you in advance.

Also in regards to the gun itself, I was looking into a list of upgradable parts, I bought a hunting scope a while back that is 4-16X50EG which I decided to slap on, but as for the barrel and trigger I'm not sure what products suit the m24 as well as where and how to get them, I did however back when I purchased the gun, but a full metal bolt, it was shooting 500 which wasn't aloud I the fields I played at, so my original idea was to trim the bolt as there were no other bolt spring systems I could find at the time, the strangest thing happened when I first tested it out at home. I put the 500 fps bolt/spring in the rifle with the intention to chrono it and trim it accordingly but as soon as I pulled the bolt back to cycle a BB in the gun I noticed some resistance when it came to putting the bolt back in to fire, it jammed, I tried carefully pulling it out but as soon as I did I noticed that the lower receiver (trigger area) had snapped in two, I have no idea how this could have happened or what could have caused it, could it be because the tension on the bolt that caused it to break?

From that point on I have been skeptical about getting upgrades for the gun.

Thanks in advance.
