There's another thread on here somewhere describing, in essence, how to remove the detent function of the two stage feature. Recently I was having issues with the gun shooting fine for awhile (random numbers) then suddenly "locking" up.

The initial recommendation given to me was that the gearbox was locking up. I would remove it only to find that it wasn't really the case, and after reinserting the mechbox everything would function fine for awhile. After a little investigation and performing the "fix" in the aforementioned thread (lost its location unfortunately after fix) I found that it was really the detent position that was the culprit. If the fixes mentioned previously don't do the trick, try carefully removing the detent springs n balls and see if that helps.
It could be the mechbox contacts themselves and/or the lowers trigger points are bent in such a way that they are not moving the mechbox trigger into the proper "semi" position.

My apologies in advance for the necro.

Thanks for your input.

The thread may have been down for a while, but my gun is still down, so your info is very welcome and not in vain, in my opinion, making it worth a necro
